Shipping & Tracking

When will my order ship?

Sea Peoples operates on a made-to-order production model.

Each piece is produced after purchase as part of our limited production process.

Production Time:

14-25 business days (estimated fulfillment window)

Some items may require extended development time of 14–25 business days, which will be noted on the product page when applicable.

Once production is complete, your order will ship immediately.

Shipping Times

After fulfillment:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available at checkout)

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Why are items made to order?

Sea Peoples produces garments after purchase to maintain intentional releases, reduce excess production, and ensure quality across every piece.

Can I change my shipping address?

Orders enter production shortly after being placed. Because of this, shipping addresses typically cannot be modified once checkout is completed.

Please confirm all shipping details before placing your order.

How much is shipping?

Flat-rate shipping applies to domestic orders:

  • $10 — Contiguous United States
  • $22 — Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Guam

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Sea Peoples ships worldwide to most countries available at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders begin production quickly after purchase. Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can multiple orders be combined?

Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined once submitted.

Why did my order ship separately?

Items may ship separately depending on production completion and fulfillment location.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure reliable delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear in the carrier system.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package

Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier first. If your package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your order number.

Lost or stolen packages

Sea Peoples is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

Returned to sender

Orders returned to sender will be processed according to our Return Policy once received by our fulfillment team.

 

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Processing

How long does it take for a Pre-Order to process and ship?

Pre-Order items enter production after the ordering window closes. Shipping begins once inventory becomes available.

Estimated production and shipping timelines vary by release and will always be listed on the product page.

How long does it take for a Made-to-Order item to process and ship?

Made-to-Order pieces are produced after purchase as part of the Sea Peoples limited production model.

Estimated Timeline:

  • Production: 10-14 business days
  • Some releases may require 14–25 business days, depending on garment development.
  • Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available)

Orders ship immediately once production is complete.

Can I update my shipping address for a Made-to-Order or Pre-Order item?

Address updates may be requested before production begins.
Please contact support@seapeoples.com with your order number as soon as possible to confirm eligibility.

Once an order enters production, address changes can no longer be guaranteed.

How will I receive production and delivery updates?

You will receive email notifications at key stages of your order:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipment confirmation with tracking information

You may also log into your Sea Peoples account at any time to view order status.

Can I change or cancel a Made-to-Order or Pre-Order purchase?

Made-to-Order and Pre-Order items are final sale.

Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations are not possible once the order has been confirmed and submitted to production.

Please review sizing, product details, and timelines carefully before completing your purchase.

Can I return or exchange a Made-to-Order or Pre-Order item?

Made-to-Order and Pre-Order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are created specifically for each customer.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can assist you.
