Made-to-Order and Pre-Order items are final sale.

Each piece is produced specifically for your order; therefore, changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has been confirmed and submitted to production.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing information, product details, and production timelines before completing their purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
